We have relied on Brown Refrigeration for the last 25 years for all our heating/cooling needs. Mr. Billy Greer, the technician assigned to our most recent service call, was on-time, polite, and very knowledgeable. He drove across town to pick up the part we needed and installed it the same day. We highly recommend this company to anyone who has heating/cooling needs!

We have been a customer of Brown for over 20 years, and they are great about working with us when help is really needed. Billy is friendly, really does a good job and is honest about any problem.

Jasmine and Billy came this morning to clean ducts and vents. ..and they were so kind, professional and were very careful about cleaning up. They were fantastic. Brown is the best as are Jasmine and Billy and Bill is wonderful as well..

Technician John C. arrived on time for our bi-annual maintenance of our HVAC system. He was friendly, but professional and went right to work. He was masked and applied shoe covers. He checked our outside unit, complementing us on how clean we keep it-no repairs necessary. He changed out the inside air filter and we requested a battery change to the thermostat, which he did readily. A Great representative of Brown Refrigeration, Inc.

Our Trane heater went out and we were advised by the Trane Distributor to call one of several companies. We called Brown Tuesday afternoon, C.J. came out Wednesday and checked it and said we needed a new circuit board and igniter. He came back this morning and installed them and we have heat! Everyone we talked to was very nice. My husband talked to Bill in Parts Dept. who was very knowledgeable about our particular unit. C.J. was the technician who came out to repair it and he was especially nice and personable. It didn't take long for him to find the problem and get it up and running again. With an expected low of 40 Friday morning, we are so grateful that we called Brown. We will certainly recommend them to our friends and plan to set up routine maintenance on our unit.

We had a problem with our walk in cooler, so we called and they came out the same day and took the time to explain what was going on and what needed to be done. The technician was John casby and he was awesome. He took the time to explain everything and answer all my questions. I would recommend them to anyone who’s needs refrigeration work.
