Harrell’s Property & Home Maintenance are brilliant!! I was told I needed a new central h/a unit and that was completely false! Mr. and Mrs. Harrell came out and fixed it right up!!! They are my saving angels!! Only ones allowed to work on my property!! ❤️❤️

Really cant say enough about this company and Randy my repair man. Work is great, fast and dependable. Has to call back with small problem of previous work but Randy took care of it.

Randy didn’t show up at the time he said he would. He showed up without tools to complete the job so I had to let him borrow mine. He showed up for 3 hours, didn’t complete the framing job and hasn’t been back since. They told us they could pull a plumbing permit but said their plumber is out of town. This company has been nothing but a headache!

My home warranty company sent them out to repair my dryer which was not working. I told them that the dryer was not heating up. He shows up on the first trip and just cleans out the lint in the dryer and tells me that it is fixed. He then returns for a 2nd visit and again cleans out the vent(which was previously cleaned out right?). Then determines “yeah you’re right it’s the heating element” we will have to order parts. Okay now for the third visit. I receive a call from Jenny saying the part is in and can they come between 3-4pm. I return her call and confirm this time. The day of the appt. I receive at call 15 minutes prior to their arrival time saying that they are at my house. I call Jenny back and tell her that they arrived earlier than the appt time. She states “well they waited till 3pm and they left”. Are you kidding me. Then proceeds to tell me that they had to go to an emergency repair and I would have to reschedule. Unprofessional.

Randy and Gary went the extra mile to do exactly what we wanted done! Randy is a great thinker and capable of accomplishing a job that requires some degree of thinking outside the box. The screen doors look great! Working with these fellows was a delight! Pretty sure we’ll be seeing them again!

Great guys to work with. They have helped with plumbing issues in our home and fixing our front door. They are friendly and respectful, Would definitely recommend!

I’ve used Steve Harrell for many years for work around my house and my other properties. Steve is the best at what he does and has an awesome personality on top of it. I’ve retired now and moved to FL and every time something breaks I’m missing Steve. If your looking for a person that knows what he’s doing look no further.
