My power blew through half my house 🏡 and the team came and stayed until he made the repairs my wires within the wall had fried out the installed new wires to restore power thank you for your service.

In Sept 2018, I hired Shayn Webster, owner of Dedicated HVAC & Electric, to install a new hvac unit which ended up costing $6k.

In June 2019 the unit wasn’t sufficiently cooling, and after repeated voicemails, texts, and emails that Shayn never responded to, I finally had to HIRE a professional to come trouble shoot and service the unit which should have been under the warranty of Shayn and Dedicated Electric during year 1.

This cost roughly $1k to remedy and replace a compressor that was damaged due to an improper install.

It's too bad Shayn doesn’t stand behind his work, I could never recommend him to anyone, STAY AWAY!

I spoke to a woman named Grayson and she was great. Very responsive and kind. With how horrible Covid has been it’s been hard finding good customer service but she was great.

This crew is top notch! They did a fantastic job and went above and beyond. They are very respectful, knowledgeable and do the job right. They are truly "Dedicated"!

Dedicated HVAC and electric is professional grade tradesmen that have great fast polite and friendly employees highly reccomended.
