Our family/company has been working with Coastal for over three decades and have always had great personal service, fare pricing, available inventory and good knowledge of the industry.

Had a bin full of the parts I needed for $1.87 each. Since I am retired they refused to sell me the part needed to get my heat back on. I was actually chased out the door and shown a sign above the entrance.
Thank you Grainger for not sharing the same business practice and having such wonderful customer service reps..

Very, very slow everytime i come here six ppl are standing outside talking. A joke of a supply house.

Wouldn't give a star if it didn't require one... Mangement is racist and like to talk crazy about African American people calling them names and being disrespectful. Guess that's why they have no other race of people working there 🤔🤔🤔
