The guys working were super nice and super helpful, went above and beyond to help me find the piece that I was needing and even help make sure it would fit into the fan shroud before purchasing it. To be honest you don't find that much customer service help at one place and at least three were being of benefit at the same time to deduce the problem and come up with a solution. I couldn't of asked for any better. Jeremy even carried part of the stuff out to the truck. As an amputee that's a top tier employee.

Great place to get HVAC installation materials as well as replacement parts and tools. They recently got bought out and changed the paper system into computer and written transactions, takes a little longer at Maryville location. They try to stay with fair prices on certain items but other items prices go up and down with demand.

Helpful on the phone. Not so mush once I arrived. As a homeowner they will not assist or sell you anything other than maybe an air filter

Called for a price on a compressor, the counter guy hung up on me when I asked for a price. Called back and spoke with Roger and was given an attitude immediately. Called back to speak with David Kennedy and he was just the same. Never doing business with these people. I suggest you find some place else to find your parts.

If you need HVAC products this place has it all. Commercial and residential but you must have your EPA license to purchase items here. Family owned business proudly serving Knoxville for over 30 years.

If you're a home owner, don't expect them to sell you anything over the counter. I called in for something as recommended by a reputable electrician and the guy told me to send the electrician in to buy what I needed. He wasn't very nice about it either.

Great Staff great people. I didn't know what I was getting a bit more than nothing. They were very patient and helpful!

A bit of a specialty shop. If you are not HVAC best try a box store. Very helpful group. Have had a great time over the years coming here for most of my HVAC needs. Good selection of odd to finds and new stuff. Tools too.

The only ones here worth anything are Daniel and Jeremy. The rest are literal wastes of life. They can't tell you anything you need to know, even about the products they carry and won't help you at all past the very minimum required by their job. Go anywhere else

Husband owns HVAC business and this is his number one go-to place. The guys at the counter are usually very helpful and friendly and most of the time you can't beat their prices
