Dominick was able to fully diagnose the problem with some old plumbing under the floors of my office and the 2 guys that came to rework the drainage and repair our leakage issue were both excellent and timely. Pricing was upfront and fair. Great experience over all.

Dominick came out this morning at the time we had agreed, on time, and very professional. I had a gas pipe to my fire log that needed replacement. Dominick assessed what needed to be done, gave me a quote and was able to replace the pipe right away. I cannot say enough good things about Dominick’s knowledge and expertise and I highly recommend his services.

I purchased the yearly system inspection/service plan. They came for the fall inspection. I received a text notifying me the technician was on the way. When the my technician (Josh B.) showed up he promptly started his inspection. He notified me that I needed to replace my flame sensor and igniter totaling $400. I told him I would like a second opinion and he left SO fast he didn't even say good bye. I called Chaffee Air they showed up in 30 mins and notified my that my flame sensor needed minor cleaning and my igniter was in great shape. If this is what Advanced heat AC & Plumbing is doing they should be reported to the better business bureau, they are SCAMING there customers. Do the right thing and call someone else.

Again Advanced saved the day. I had them out on Monday to do my seasonal upkeep on our AC and then two days later I had a plumbing issue. I called this morning at 8:06 and they had me someone on site and fixed by 10:00. Talk about services. Fred with Advance is great to work with and someone I would recommend to anyone.

Advanced Heating, Air & Plumbing is now my "GoTo" plumbing company! Prior to calling Advanced, we hired a small "Bathroom Remodeling Company" to remodel our two upstairs bathrooms. The work which this "Remodeling Company" actually completed in our bathrooms was so bad, we had to fire them before they destroyed our entire house. It was like living in a bad dream and our whole family was stressed out from the experience!

I immediately called Advanced Heating, Air & Plumbing and told them about my situation. They told me they could help me out with our issue, booked me in their schedule and arrived at our home within a week.

The service technicians all arrived on the day as promised, were prompt and were courteous and on time every day. They did a repipe job (copper to PEX) for our entire home and completed the job within 2 days! They fixed the plumbing issues my previous contractor messed up. The entire crew made our family finally feel like we made the right call and had true professionals working in our home, who knew what they were doing, and were doing it the right way!!

I have to give a special "shout-out" to Zachary! He went above and beyond what was asked of him and he made my whole family feel appreciated and taken care of.

James Liford had to come back as a follow up to install a part on my leaky faucet (part had to be replaced after his first inspection). Again on this visit, he was exceptional!
