Couldn’t be happier with the service Frederick did went above and beyond for me to get my repair done, when other companies wouldn’t even come out. Being without a sink for more than a week was extremely inconvenient so glad to have it working again. The girl in the office kyla? Was very pleasant and helpful in answering all my questions. Could not get my water heater to heat. First I called warranty, they walked me through some steps then told me I needed elements. Started draining water heater only to have water spreading all over floor, so I stopped and called Advance. James came out and within 10 minutes I had hot water and zero faults. I highly recommend James.

These guys are fantastic. Fred came out this morning for a leaking toilet and fixed it in around 30 minutes. We could not be happier with their service.

Recently called this company out for outside spigot replacement due to it leaking and freezing weather coming in next few days! Unfortunately I had to work when technicians were going to arrive, so I had my mother come over to greet technician! Big mistake, cost me 80 bucks for technician to look at leak and inform us that he would charge over 300 to cap off end “spent 5 dollars at Lowe’s and 2 whole minutes for me to do that until I could get another plumber here”, over 500 to replace spigot, and over 600 for a cut off and spigot to be replaced! I capped it off for 5 dollars myself and have a licensed plumber coming out and completing the job for slightly over 100. What a ripoff… charging over 600 for what another plumber that is licensed and giving warranty can do for a little over 100!! I understand you have to run a business but ripping off people isn’t the business!! If I could give 100 negative stars I would!! Do not recommend to anyone… I’ve never had a business try to rip me off this bad! I’m surprised anyone would use their services as ridiculous as their pricing is!!

Dominick did a thorough, expediate and most importantly honest job in finding the gas leak in our basement. The motto " You get what you pay for" is so true in this case. When using the services of Advanced*Heat*AC*Plumbing (on Byington Beaver Ridge Rd), I paid for the job to be done properly, quickly and honestly. Thanks again Dominick for doing such a great job, keeping our home safe and giving me piece of mind!

I purchased my HVAC system from Advanced Heating 3 years ago, after I fired my previous HVAC company for some very questionable practices - trying to sell me a new system with the pretext that my old system was on its last legs. I had Advanced stop by to give me a second opinion and was told that my old system had several more years of life. It lasted 4 more years. So when I replaced the system, I went with Advanced rather than that other company and I've been very happy with them ever since. Two days ago, the heater ceased working. I called Advanced first thing in the morning, and Kevin arrived that afternoon, diagnosed the problem, and returned the next day with the replacement part. Kevin was very professional and friendly and I wouldn't hesitate to have him service my HVAC again when required.

Had Fred come over to today who was phenomenal at customer service, considerate of my time, and responsive to all my questions. Would recommend using the company again because of this service!

I had a water leak in my garage ceiling and Dominick was very helpful and extremely honest. I was very concerned about it but Dominick identified the issue immediately. I had an amazing experience and will definitely use Dominick and Advanced Heat, AC and Plumbing going forward! Highly recommend!
