Best experience we've had with a service company since we moved to Chatt! I'm blown away by the quality, thoughtfulness and value of their work. They were gentlemen that were very thorough, kind, funny and clean. I couldn't believe they actually cleaned up after themselves! That was a first for us. Thank goodness Superior didn't return our 7 calls! 1000% the company to choose for HVAC.

My elderly Aunt's thermostat stopped working on a Saturday with freezing temperatures. Left messsge for technician. Received quick response. Technician was very knowledgeable and professional. Highly recommend this company!

Absolutely amazed. We had called several companies(one though our home warranty)to fix our heat and after a week and a half of no heat and getting different diagnoses that did not fix it. I call Bill Owen's H&A this morning and they set me up with a 4:40 appointment. They came out and fixed our heat within 30 minutes. So please and will continue to use them. Wished we would have called them first!!!!

Bill Owens is awesome. We had an issue with our unit and they were out within an hour and a half and had it fixed in less than 30 minutes. They also found that when they fixed another issue a little while ago, it should have been covered under warranty and refunded the cost! Will recommend Bill Owens to anyone!!

I made a mistake while installing my Nest thermostat on my own & my heat stopped working. I called several businesses on a Sunday and Bill Owens had a service technician that called me back and was able to come out within the hour. He fixed the issue quickly and the price was reasonable. I was definitely glad to get my heat back on so quickly! Thank you!

I called this morning to get some maintenance done on my condo AC downtown. It had gone out 2 days prior. They had 3 available times for me so I could work around my schedule and were right on time! They had cold air running within 30 minutes and the house is good to go! I couldn't be happier with the service provided.

A/C unit went out overnight, called Bill Owens Heating and Air this morning and within 2 hours, the technician was at my door. He was very friendly, helpful and fixed the problem. He was also insightful regarding my future plans to invest in a new unit vs. my existing home infrastructure and what would work best for the situation. Would definitely be calling again should an issue arise or when I'm ready to update.
