I recently purchased a home that I been leasing and a brand new HVAC system was installed this summer through the leasing company. But when it got to the first cold snap we had No heat I explained what happened they came right out and told me that the other company did a poor job with the install and wired it wrong . I’m so appreciative C&M coming and we didn’t have to spend another night freezing with one heater warmer trying to heat upstairs. Thank you so much!!

Had an emergency on a Sunday and C&M were quick to get out and diagnose the issue and the charge was more than fair. Both of our A/C units quit on the same day, 90 degree day in June too...I called C&M around 1:00 and a technician called me back within 30 minutes and let me know I was second in line and then he would be at my house. He showed up earlier than I was expecting, quickly diagnosed what was wrong, fixed the issue and charged me about $100 for the whole work done.

I was impressed with how quickly they responded to my call, how professional the technician was, and how reasonable the cost of the service was on a hot Sunday afternoon.
