I couldn’t believe… 1. How fast the technician, Aaron, was here! (faster than the estimates of any of 4 other companies I’d called around to) 2. How fast he found the problem, had a replacement part installed (a capacitor; and thank goodness they didn’t try to “upsell” us), and had our system working again!! or 3. How low the price was!!! (like “wow” low) Thank you Aaron, and thank you C&M!!
My A/C unit stopped cooling late Tuesday evening. I contacted the office early Wednesday morning, and Matthew stated he could have a technician at my house by the end of the day.
I received a text message stating the technician was on his way. When Tim Anderson arrived he was extremely professional and began to quickly diagnose the upstairs unit. He identified a bad capacitor and quickly swapped in a new one. He gave me some pointers to watch for tonight incase the unit didn’t start cooling down the upstairs, and to call the office in the morning if any problems persisted.
Tim has worked on these units before and has always been extremely courteous and professional. He’s honest about the problem and has gone above and beyond to do a quality job. Technicians like Tim, honest and reliable work, and a quick turnaround are why C&M will continue to earn my business.
HVAC quit working on Monday- the first of 3 nearly 100 degree days. C&M was able to have a technician arrive the next morning. After diagnosing the problem, the technician drove 30+ miles (each way) to retrieve the replacement part. He returned by 4pm to install the part. The AC is now working fine. Big THANKS!
The technician spent hours under the house today and did not fix it. He left because he thought it would start raining. I need to reschedule as soon as possible.
came home and our AC was not working…called C&M immediately. AMAZING response and customer service!!! Chase was great! He was knowledgeable and quick to diagnose/fix the problem. i would highly recommend!

We lost our home A/C's functionality on a Sunday (7.17.22) Called C&M Heating & Cooling and Chase the service technician was here within 30 minutes. Within 30 minutes of his arrival, he had everything addressed and working. Will definitely be using them again if needed.
