C & M Heating & Cooling

C & M installed my unit 17 years ago and have serviced it 2 times a year since then and repairs that have been needed.

The service was faster than I could have asked for! It was the coldest day of the year-- and they showed up within 45 minutes. Tim was professional and courteous-- I wouldn't hesitate to have him in my house again. We are always impressed with the service and will continue to use C&M again and again!

Today I purchased and had installed a Mitsubishi Split System for a screened-in porch we had recently enclosed with glass windows.

Tim and team did an outstanding job. The system cooled the room down immediately and is super quiet. The install was first class, everything done neat as a pin.

the team arrived on the time agreed, worked tidy and at good pace, even with the terribly high temperatures! They came with a suggestion to make the installation of the in-room unit as neat as possible and the result is a well functioning AC system that blends well in the room.

We have had multiple heating issues in our home in 2021. Once the temperature consistently hit freezing or below in Franklin, our heat would not turn on - it would stall or blow cold air. We had MULTIPLE HVAC people come to our house, including Nest (highly DO NOT recommend) who originally installed the smart thermostat. After 1 night where our temperature dropped below 50 in our house and multiple $200 charges here and there, I called C&M Heating/Cooling as a last resort. They came to the house and resolved the issue the same day in under 20 minutes - Daniel was fabulous!!! His attention to detail resolved our issue (the same issue that multiple people breezed over). I cannot thank and/or recommend him and this company enough. No more cold nights! 🤍

These folks are so nice to work with and are experts at what they do. I have had them fix many issues other companies have caused... A real pleasure to see someone who is a true master of their craft this day in age.

Brandon was great! He was on time, super nice, and did great work in incredibly hot conditions. He found a small issue that could have caused us a bigger problem later and fixed it quickly. I have definitely found my new HVAC contractor for anything in the future.
