They were polite and finished the job quickly. The house is nice and cool.

It was a great experience. Called in the morning and the tech was there in the afternoon. He did a great job explaining the problem and went right to work. I have used Comfortable LLC several times and will continue to use them.

Comfortable LLC is highly recommended by my husband and me. We had a complete new HVAC system put in plus electrical work in my husband work shed. James was timely in coming out to give us a quote and the work was completed within the week. The installers were professional, personable and very conscientious. My air conditioning broke on a Friday. I called for emergency service and Tommy Scott came out Saturday. It turned out that I needed a new unit. My elderly mother lives with me. She has heart problems and Parkinson’s. Tommy promised he’d get our unit installed on Monday and he did. We really appreciate his caring and concern for my mother’s health. Sharon Rene

I called Comfortable LLC because my air conditioner wasnt performing properly. When I called in I was greeted by a friendly and helpful voice. They were thorough in asking the right questions to have their techs prepared to handle the task we had. They were able to send someone out the same day to take care of my A/C issues and had it back up and cooling in no time! Also after my initial phone call I had received a notification with all the details regarding our appointment time. They arrived exactly when they said they would, called to let me know they were on the way and once they arrived showed extreme professionalism and knowledge for the task at hand. Ive got to say as an owner of a small business its nice to see another company doing the right things and executing top notch communication with customers. Its hard to find reputable companies so I will recommend this company above any others! Great job Comfortable LLC!

Simply the best!!!

I contacted Comfortable, LLC and other electrician services for an estimate on an outlet for an electric gate at my residence. The other companies either came too high on the estimate, didn't respond or simply responded late. Comfortable LLC was right on the money and punctual, so I hired them for the job.

Not only did they come in ahead of the scheduled time, but they were clean, courteous and very professional. These are by far the best electricians I have seen. I was so pleased with their work that I have requested they work on some other projects that I need assistance with.

Comfortable LLC is from now on my go-to electrician service company!!

Comfortable LLC is a great company with amazing service. They are so professional from the first call to your last. My furnace needed to be replaced and they went above and beyond with great pricing too! I wish I could give them 20 stars for excellence. Thank you Jonathan, Joseph, Tyler, & Donald! After a few phone calls I was able to speak with the manager and clear up this issue. Comfortable LLC issued a refund for the inspection cost. I consider this a closed matter and feel good about using comfortable LLC in the future. I believe, after speaking with the manager that the 5 star reviews have been earned. My review, as a four star, is based on an issue, which was corrected, but still an issue. However, I expect comfortable LLC to receive a 5 star review from me at my next service and/or repair.

Mistakes happen, but it is more important that they be corrected than holding them over someone's head. Comfortable LLC corrected the issue and has earned my business back.

"Technician was on time and as scheduled. Everything seemed to be great with the standard inspection. I had a standard yearly service done on June 17th, and everything seemed to be in decent order for an older unit for a week. However, we left the house for about a week at the beginning of July and on returning home on July 11th and discovered the AC was not working. We called a different company, just due to scheduling reasons, and found that there was zero freon in unit. This, caused a few issues and a total additional bill just shy of $900 for repairs. I called comfortable llc about the issue and was told "Since we didn't charge the freon we aren't liable for the issue." So, I paid Comfortable LLC $370 to service my AC unit which is typical to include checking and/or servicing the freon."

Comfortable LLC is a top quality HVAC company….. They quoted me last Tuesday! All services completed today! Very top notch company to deal with! From coming out to quote….. On time! To the point! Very detail oriented! To taking care of the service at hand! Install of complete unit! Making sure every detail was considered! Mine was a tough job! But these guys got it done and all is working GREAT! Jamie and Rebecca helped me out considerably! To the last detail! Making sure my “I”was dotted and my “t”was crossed! To help me get the best deal and provide a comfortable, affordable environment for my family! Would I recommend?! Absolutely! This company goes above and beyond! To every detail! On time!
