Comfortable LLC

I am super grateful. I called at 507pm and they had my mom's heater back on by 630pm. Super happy with the level of wanting to do the right thing!

I thought the system had lost freon and that the evaporator would most likely need to be replaced (previous units have failed that way). When the technician came, it turned out to be a capacitor, which was quickly changed and now the unit is back up and running. Lots of money saved. The technician was very knowledgable and takes great pride in his work! Excellent service!

Tommy Scott came out and knew the problem within 5 minutes. He cleaned and serviced the unit, and had the unit blowing ice cold air in under 30 minutes! I highly recommend Comfortable LLC. If they’re other service men are half as good as Tommy, you’ll be in great shape. The fact that I’m taking time to write this review should show you how happy I am with the service. Seriously, who writes reviews for HVAC?

This is the third time I've called Comfortable LLC for HVAC service and they have been spectacular. I enthusiastically recommend them.

Tommy went above and beyond any HVAC service I have ever experienced. Knowledgeable and professional, he uncovered an issue late on a Friday afternoon and ensured it was corrected so we were not left without AC through the weekend. He worked through business hours until the job was done. Fantastic technician and fantastic company.

Mr. Murphy was exactly on time, made the needed repair and was finished in less than an hour. It's good to have the power back again. Thank you Comfortable!

Where to start… you know the bare basics of owning a home? Good - cause I am not good at any of that. So the power went out for the town of Collierville for 8 hours yesterday. By the time it came back on it was close to 0100. (I’m leaving out the part where my dog was locked in my house during this time because I don’t carry a house key.)
Around 0230 I woke up sweating and very irritated due to the heat advisory we have been under and the house previously 8 hours without air (first world problems I know).
Well I contacted several companies and they were all going to try to fit me in to their already booked schedules. But not Comfortable LLC!
Tommy was at my house before I could even figure out where the breakers were! So thankful that in the midst of my irritability and frustrations it was such a relief to have someone show up with a great personality and great professionalism. I appreciate how patient he was and obviously knowledgeable.
Truly, for as frustrated as I was, it was truly a blessing that Comfortable LLC showed up so quickly and went above and beyond to help get both my AC units operational again. I appreciate people that understand the financial burdens and go above and beyond to take care of people and not try to make an extra buck. I highly recommend that if you have any issues - you contact Comfortable LLC for your heating and air - and who knows what else they can do - give them a call and find out :)

Technicians were prompt, courteous and friendly. They appeared to be knowledgeable and were forthcoming about their prices. They went out of their way to make sure that the job was done to our satisfaction. Would use again.

Nick was very knowledgeable and thorough. I am very impressed by his ability to eliminate the cause of the ac failure and was able to fix it immediately because he has a lot of inventory parts inside his work vehicle.

My wife and I are first time customers of Comfortable LLC and were very satisfied with their courtesy, punctuality, and service overall. Our AC was not cooling as efficiently as it had been so we called and Comfortable LLC had a technician out within a few days (since it wasn’t an emergency). They texted to let us know their arrival time every step of the way, were easy to reach at their home office for follow up, and completed all work on time as promised. I never had to leave a voicemail when I called the office as Rebecca always picked up, which was a big deal for me as it seems I never get return phone calls from people in the service industry in general when I leave voicemails, and I always prefer to personally talk to a live person. The technician was very professional, and we never got the sense they were trying to up-sell anything…he simply triedto fix the problem at hand in the best way possible. We were very satisfied with Comfortable LLC’s professionalism and would definitely be willing to use them again in the future based upon this first experience my wife and I had with them.
