Comfortable LLC

Tommy came out on a Saturday to assess our non-functioning heater. He was quick and provided a solution that could take place within a few days. Jason and Joe arrived Tuesday and were excellent in the replacement of the furnace, on time, professional, and proficient. Would recommend Comfortable LLC to everyone.

Update 4/13/23

The upstairs AC that Comfortable repaired last year is still running great. Unfortunately my downstairs AC quit working. I got an estimate really quickly and agreed to have a new unit installed the next day. They knew I have a 3 month old so they figured out how to get the new unit installed the same day rather than waiting until the next day. Jason and Marcus took care of everything and they were awesome. Even vacuumed when they were done since they tracked in some grass. I’ve had a many different companies do work in my homes over the years and Comfortable’s service is absolutely the best I’ve ever experienced of any kind when it comes to work on my home. From Vanna calling to confirm when the techs would be here down to guys like Tommy, Jason and Marcus showing up and taking care of the work. I don’t plan on ever needing to work with another HVAC company. Don’t hesitate to have this crew take care of you, they are top notch.

Best service I’ve ever received from an HVAC company. Called them at 5 pm on a Friday night and my air was running in less than two hours! Highly recommend them and my technician Nicholas was awesome!

The gentleman were on time for our appointment, friendly and professional. They did a great job installing a new heating system and an a/c until. If there was an issue, they explained it thoroughly and worked the problem. I couldn’t have asked for better.

We went with another company to switch out our HVAC system last month, and upon the first issue with the new system, we couldn't get the other company on the line to aid us in our heating blues. We were advised that the breakers could be overheated, but these were new breakers. How does that work?? 🤔

One call to Comfortable LLC. That's all it took. Jonathan came out early AM the next day and not only did he triage the issue at hand, he got us back up and running. As it turns out, the old breaker that was supposed to be replaced wasn't replaced at all. 🤬

At this point, my only regret is not going with Comfortable LLC from the start. If you guys will have us, then you have a lifelong customer out of us!

Have had Comfortable come out for a couple different problems. They were always able to come out quickly and service my unit when I needed repairs they were quick to get me a quote and schedule. The team that was in my home was quick, professional, and courteous. I will call them back again for any future needs.

Comfortable LLC came out promptly when our furnace broke and Chris did research but couldn’t fix the problem. He did a great job explaining what was wrong. A new Trane heating system was installed which we really like, especially how quietly it runs.
