    My A/C recently went out. I called several places and decided to go with Eldridge after speaking to Mika . Mika literally took care of everything, I still had some warranty left on the unit and he actually got the entire unit replaced !
    Mika is extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. Tyler and Shelly are amazing as well !!
    I will definitely use them again and recommend them to all my family and friends!

    I have tried several heat and air companies. This is the best yet. Went beyond the call of duty. Came early and fixed everything I needed and they have a great yearly plan that I definitely took! The lady that set up appointment to the guy (josh) knew his job and did it .. I appreciate one less worry in my life..

    Called this company to get quotes on installing some dehumidifiers in my basement. Initially very responsive and quick to get a sales person to my home to take a look. That's when it fell apart. I was promised a quote that afternoon or the next day at the latest. I Never received a quote. I emailed the sales person twice to inquire about it and he never replied to either email. I guess my job wasn't a big enough ticket item to waste his time.

    I'm new to the area and this definitely left a bad taste in my mouth.

    I must say Eldridge Heating & Air is top notch. Called many different companies about a new HVAC system. A lot never answered the call or never called me back. I left a message with Eldridge and the next day I was contacted by them. They had a Tech come out and evaluate my old system and gave me a quote on a new system that day.
    The Technicians Jimbo & Hayden that installed my new system were absolutely Professional in all regards. They did an outstanding job! I highly recommend this company. If you want great service call these folks.

    We couldn’t ask for any better service. We had to reschedule our appointment and they came out the beginning of the following week. Raymond was very professional and knowledgeable. Great service is hard to come by these days.

    Great Experience dealing with Josh from Eldridge. He was professional, courteous, and showed a genuine level of concern while answering our questions about cooling. He showed up on time and quickly got to work cleaning our AC while also explaining how the different AC components worked together to keep our house cool. During the maintenance he found our refrigerant levels were low, and then presented us with several options on how he could fix or manage the problem. The whole service took around 40 minutes, and I'm now typing this review in a cool 70 degrees during a nationwide heatwave. Thanks again to Josh from Eldridge.

    Tyler and Raymond showed up today and displayed the same level of professionalism and courtesy as the first visit. They cleaned the unit up and talked about some preventive measures I could take to keep the unit running optimum. Eldridge really is a cut above the rest. Thanks guys

    This company has given poor advice and not repaired my AC properly. Their partnership with First Property Management has left me without A/C during a summer heatwave for 20 days. Because they have been to my home at least 4 times I have had to keep making multiple requests to my property management company to send Eldredge back to repair it. Now, because of their failure to repair my AC and my multiple maintenance requests my management company is not letting me continue my month to month tenancy. It has been 88° in my home at 10pm and I've suffered through this for 20 days now. Do not use this company

    I couldn't pay their invoice fast enough! They deserve every bit of it!

    I am blown away by the level of service I received. Had a unit go out for a commercial property. Another company had me stalled for days! Mika talked with me and understood the issue and urgency.

    Not only did they get a new unit installed and working in a matter of days, but they came SAME DAY as my call and put a fix in place to hold the old unit over until we can get it working.

    Absolutely BLOWN away by the service level and communications! THANK YOU! THANK YOU! THANK YOU!!

    Also, bit shout out to Shelly for addressing my concerns quickly (within minutes) and getting my needs to the right person.

    Looking forward to building a long lasting relationship with the company!!!!!!!
