Eldridge’s put in our new system and we have been extremely satisfied with their service. Jimbo did a great job installing the unit and Tyler has helped maintain the system. Both guys were knowledgable and professional. Todd’s crew is excellent and will take care of all your needs.

We had a maintenance appointment and Tyler came. He was awesome, friendly, and willing to listen. He did a thorough job. Last time he came,, which was the first time we used Eldridge, he fixed a simple problem after another company wanted me to replace the whole unit. Saved me thousands. Comfort club is great too.

Jim was our installer, couldn’t have been a nicer guy! Very knowledgeable, was able to troubleshoot and quickly fix a problem he ran into with the unit ( which was not his fault, but was a defect in the unit itself from the factory.) The company was very nice to work with and reasonably priced. We are very happy with the results and would not hesitate to call them again, or recommend to others.

Eldridge installed our system 8 years ago. Staff were knowledgeable. They preform preventive maintenance on our system and are always efficient and courteous. Once when we had a problem with AC going out. Called them and they had a service crew here within 2 hours. I highly recommend them to anyone.

I can not believe how fast they responded when my management company contacted them to fix my unit. The gentleman that came out was very professional, he assessed and fixed the issue within 45 minutes of the call. Did a great job and would highly recommend.

I have never had a contractor take better care of my home than James and his crew. They were there for 7 days. They did very neat work and always left my home clean at the end of the day. I am in the construction business, so I scrutinize work very carefully. They exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful experience today replacing one of our heating and air units. (I know this sounds weird to me, too.) This was not an exciting or fun time for us going through the process of getting numerous estimates. Last week, Mika from Eldridge Heating and Air came out and was thorough in his proposal, making sure of our needs, and asking questions that I hadn't been asked by anyone else.
He also called and came by yesterday to double check that everything was ready to go for today and that the guys today had everything they would need. (There's nothing like when you're having a major job in your home only to find out they need to order another part and come back in three days! Or, additional needs end up costing big $$$) When Jimmy, Shane, and Andrew showed up this morning, they were professional and worked to replace our unit and upgrade our other needs. They were respectful and charged exactly what was quoted. Shane also took the time to discuss what settings and air filters I should be using to maximize our efficiency! They even showed me before and after pictures. I look forward to a new relationship with a trustworthy company! Thank you Eldridge Heating and Air! You're awesome! I wish I could give more stars than just 5! They definitely exceeded my expectations!
