Great Company to deal with. Responsive ,quality company and competitive pricing. I usually don’t write reviews but I’ve been impressed with their service. I’ve used them a few times to repair my unit and they’re good about calling back and they do what they say they’ll do. You can tell they value training and enjoy their jobs. Good family company.

I can't say enough good things about Eldridge Service Co. Jill took our call and arranged for a technician to service our unit THE NEXT DAY! She was so courteous and helped us with a service plan. Our technician, Josh, arrived as scheduled and immediately got to work carrying out service items. Josh was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He took the time to kindly answer all our questions. We couldn't be happier and highly recommend the professionals at Eldridge Service Co.

Always awesome quick service with a smile. Josh came out and fixed our ac unit today. He was very polite and made sure to leave everything cleaner than he found it.

Eldridge Service was very prompt on coming out to my house last year when my unit stopped working. They quickly resolved the issue and got my air working again. So of course I joined the maintenance program. Raymond has done a great job and is very thorough every time he comes out.

Tyler the service man was very professional and understanding. He inspected the unit and gave great advice for the future and current repair of our aging system. Definitely someone who you would trust in your home!

I think people may misunderstand what a maintenance contract actually is, or what it covers. It is designed to keep your units running as they should, for as long as possible. Most of the time your unit doesn't need refrigerant and checking just wastes some of it if you don't. My technician explained exactly what he planned to do (which seemed like a lot) and he took the time to complete everything thoroughly. I'm sure ALL Eldridge technicians are great, but I can tell you from experience, if your technician greets you with a smile and says, "Hi, my name's Colby," you are about to get excellent service.

This company is great! They service my unit every year since I bought my house. Tyler is very knowledgeable, efficient and very nice. He goes over and beyond with customer service. This is the 3rd year I have used this company and the 2nd time Tyler has serviced my unit.
