Ray came out to our house very short notice and was very professional and thorough with inspection in finding our AC issue. Prices were fair and look forward to working with him again for our AC needs!

Ray is WONDERFUL. He is so kind and does an excellent job and is so well priced! I love the fact that he comes after work and doesn’t charge extra. It’s so hard to always have to take off work for these kind of repairs and with ray you don’t have to worry about that. I wish I could give more than 5 stars. I would recommend him to everyone. Also, his wife makes his customers the sweetest goodie bags!

Ray Collins with After Hours came on Saturday evening and checked our AC that wasn't working and gave us our options. We told him we would get back to him on Monday, which he called us with price to fix our unit or replace it. I will 100% recommend this company for all your heating and air needs. I called in the morning and they came out same day to get our heat working. He was very nice and honest with what our best options were.

I know it’s Summer and it’s HOT but we learned real quick that repairing or replacing old ductwork isn’t top priority for most HVAC companies right now. Which is understandable considering the extreme temperatures that we’ve been experiencing here lately but after calling multiple HVAC companies, Ray was the only one willing to come out and diagnose our leaky ductwork situation. Apparently, the ductwork was original to the house, which was built in 1960. It was old and outdated and it was time for an upgrade. Why is updating your ductwork important? In 2020 my husband and I had to have all of the subfloor removed and replaced in the home due to moisture damage. It was a big job and we were totally perplexed. We couldn’t figure out where the moisture was coming from. In our pursuit to fix the situation we installed new gutters, dug a french drain, installed dehumidifiers and added a water vapor barrier in the crawlspace. Although, I know that all of these things were helpful, it wasn’t until Ray’s inspection that we realized that the ductwork could have been the main culprit. The old ductwork was leaking a considerable amount of condensation onto the freshly laid subfloor. If left untreated, we could have been replacing the subfloors again in the near future. We are so thankful that Ray caught this and we truly believe that he has saved us thousands of dollars in the future, because it was told to us that the subfloor wasn’t very old when we replaced it. So this was a recurring problem and I really believe that Ray has been fundamental in helping us resolve it. So the moral of the story is, your ductwork matters and it is just as important as the unit itself. If you haven’t had your ductwork inspected recently, I would highly recommend Ray. He went above and beyond and his attention to detail was impressive. Thank you Ray!
