So pleased with the outcome. The technician was so courteous and knowledgeable. He cleaned out A/C and replaced a part. He came out the same day and was so nice and explained everything to my husband. The price was so reasonable. We will have him back in the fall to clean and service our furnace. I highly recommend After Hours Heating and Cooling.

The customer service was the best, Ray Collins came out to check the heat/air unit. He checked it throughly and came up with the problem. I scheduled an appointment with Ray Collins and he was on time, he worked until the job was complete(even in the rain). So I now have heat and I would highly recommend this business.

Ray is a kind, respectful professional who got my daughters AC back up and running in no time. After 5pm you don't find that kind of response time. The AC was blowing hot air all through the house on an 80 degree day. Ray took the time to show her pictures he took of the problem areas and explained in detail what needed to be done and why. If we are ever in need of HVAC services again he will be the first/only call!

Ray was a joy to work with! After the cold front, our heater went out. Ray responded promptly, came out promptly, and was able to fix the issue all in the same day. Price was reasonable and was given to me up front before completing the repairs so there was no surprises.

I will 100% percent recommend after hours heating and cooling for anything you need with your heating and air. He is always very professional and makes sure his work is done right and looks clean. We have used Ray for maintenance on our old system and he come out same day I made the call, once we decided to upgrade to a new system as ours as 27 years old he was able to get it installed the next day.

Fast, friendly and efficient. Explained each step and process of what needed to be repaired. Ray even repaired a return vent just because it needed to be fixed on the house. I would recommend this company to anyone especially women who are afraid of being taken advantage of by companies who just want to make a sale.

Our nest threw an error code during the day, I called and was put on the schedule for the following day at 4pm. Luckily it isn't in the height of summer!! But then Ray sent a message that he could get by at 5:30 same day! Hallelujah! We had air flowing through our home by 7pm!!!

Ray came out and was very thorough and detailed in the explanation of the situation. Looking forward to working with him in the future.
