Came out on a Saturday and had the heat up and running in 2 hours. Ray was knowledgeable and very friendly. He wasn't even afraid of our 140 pound American bulldog.

The technician came out the night we needed him and was very professional. He found the problem and fixed it in a timely manner. The cost was fair and we felt like we were being taken care of the whole time. He didn’t just do repairs, he also made sure to educate us on the issues he ran into and how to prevent them from happening again.
