On time, respectful, and knows what he’s doing definitely recommend to anyone with issues or questions over heating and air. He stayed at my house till 11 pm just to make sure my heat was fixed and fixed right!

Ray is an amazing HVAC tech and business owner. He sincerely cares about what he's doing. He's the guy that I will recommend and be calling on myself from now on regarding HVAC. He came over late this evening to ensure my wife and I have heat. He showed up and fixed the issue when the other local HVAC companies couldn't or wouldn't. We are all fortunate to have Ray in the area. He's a true asset to the community.

After our heat went out on Christmas Eve, I waited until Monday to make some calls. The company we had used in the past would never answer the phone- even the emergency line never answered. I reached out to Ray, and he responded immediately. Within two hours, he was here to determine what the issue was. He was able to get our heat back working for us in no time. And all of this was done on a day when most businesses are still closed for the Christmas holiday. I can honestly say he genuinely cares about his customers and wants to use his knowledge and skills to fix your HVAC issues. We will definitely call After Hours again!

Ray is the best in the business! We have heard what we thought was a dripping sound from our HVAC unit for over a month and had three different techs come and assess the problem. They were all wrong. Ray came in and instantly said it wasn’t a drip but a click and resolved the issue. He’s thorough and knows what he is doing. Ray was on time, very professional, and very quick. He showed me the before and after pictures of cleaning my coils and made me aware of some of the issues that may need to be remedied in the future, and how urgent each was. Great service overall.

Super responsive. Quick, same day service. Made an “easy fix” to my thermostat but then did a full review and maintenance of the entire system. Gave great advice and education about HVAC. Will definitely use again for all my HVAC needs. Nice guy too! Reasonably priced and honest.

Ray was extremely professional and kind. He was able to get me out of the hole I created in my home renovation by installing a “DIY” mini split system. Regardless of the difficulty of going from “DIY” to professional install he charged us fairly and completed work in as timely a manner as possible.
