Gave our AC a tune up and spent time answering some questions I had before leaving. Prairie Sons has done periodic maintenance on our furnace and air conditioner. Would recommend.

Prairie Sons to the rescue! A/C stopped working on a 90 degree day. They came over that afternoon and got it fixed. The tech took the time to explain everything and make sure we were good to go before leaving

We called PrarieSons when our air conditioner wouldn’t work this spring. They came out, and told us the compressor was shot. Our air conditioner was 40 years old! The next day we received a quote for a new install. They were prompt and upfront with cost and timelines. We appreciated the honesty. We will recommend to family and friends for any HVAC needs.

My air conditioner wasn’t working and the technician quickly found a defective capacitor.
He replace it and everything got back to normal.

Receptionist is always so friendly and helpful. Technicians are also friendly and very professional. Called this morning at 9am and by noon the capacitor on my A/C has been replaced and my house is cooling back down again- hallelujiah! I have called on Prairie Sons many times for both plumbing and A/C reapirs in the last 10 years and cannot recommend them highly enough. A+++

I have used Prairie Sons on several occasions for plumbing, heating and A/C. I have always received excellent service starting with scheduling the appointment. Their office staff and techs are always professional and do good work. The latest incident was with my A/C unit. Kyle was able to help me fix my issue with a phone call. I appreciate their level of professionalism and cutomer service.

Called Prairie Sons to see if they could come check out inop furnace, said would possibly be next day. Turns out service tech had quick opening at end of the day that he managed to come over and resolve issue for us. Great service all around. Thank you.
