First thing I will say is that they actually answer their phone with a real person during business hours. And after hours, it is answered electronically but gives you options to talk to a real person. All of their technicians have done an outstanding job. All friendly, all knowledgeable , all very professional , and they let you know when they will be at you location. In this case Will got our AC running within hours of my call after hours. Very happy with the service Climate Control provides.

Jack Daley did a great job installing our ac unit. He's very professional, thorough,and helpful. The installation was in a very difficult area (attic), hot and dusty, yet he didn't cut any corners and is very patient with the situation. I'm very happy with the work he does.

Crystal was friendly, efficient, very professional. She completed the job in a timely manner and spent time with us reviewing what she had done. Overall, very satisfied.

Called climate control because we thought our hot water heater went bad. Guy showed up and went through it top to bottom found nothing. But in our conversation from his years of experiance he remembered a similar situation and the hot water pipe had burst. So I set off to the crawl space and sure enough we had a major leak guy cam looked at it said he happen to have the parts and in 20 min no more leak. Climate control Guy and the rest of the guys are super to work with.

The tech came to replace the expansion tank for the in floor heat. A little over a week ago. I noticed there was a drip on the floor. I looked up and saw that there was some brown sliding down the side of that gray expansion tank. It had been off a couple months since we don’t need it anymore now that it has warmed up. But good thing I saw the drip on the floor because I think it was about to blow. He worked efficiently and was done before I knew it. Thank you Bill for a job. Well done.

Robert H. was super friendly and quickly fixed our AC unit when it wasn’t working. I will definitely be requesting him back for any future problems that may arise, he provided top notch service!

Dealing with Guy has been awesome. What a professional. He knew where my problem was before he arrived. He listened to me and told me he was over 95% sure it was a bad coil. He provided estimates quickly and was available for all my questions. He also helped with our insurance claim. A++++
