Robert was very friendly, courteous, and efficient. His work saved me having to purchase a new AC unit this year. Climate Control is very helpful in getting the help that I needed and I will call them again in the future if the need arises!!!

Climate Control is the best! I have a night job and I called in about a problem with my heat/AC and they were able to make me first on their call list to show up right away in the morning. Service professional Robert Hinkley came out and fixed the issue and explained it in great detail. Would highly suggest using Climate Control!

Our furnace decided to quit working and called them mid morning and had a tech by that early afternoon. The tech, Will Douglas was very polite and informative of what was happening while diagnosing our issue. He was able to get safely running again while waiting for parts to arrive, which came very quickly. Very thorough during the repair to make sure everything was in working order and did several follow up tests to make sure we'd have no further issues. Very satisfied with our services.

My AC unit had died the night before and I knew it was going to be a hot the next day. I called Climate Control around 830am. Guy H arrived shortly after 130pm. He thoroughly checked this and that and before I knew it he had found the issue, replaced the part, and had the system running again. Even quieter then before! Thanks Guy for saving the day! I will be using Climate Control from now on! Great service hands down!
