Climate Control

Robert installed a faucet and serviced our heating system. He was personable, professional, and worked carefully. Joe worked around my schedule besides fitting us in without much advance notice, since I did not have a working faucet at my kitchen sink. He did a great job of communicating with us about when Robert could come over. This wasn't a surprise -- everyone at Climate Control has always treated us right.

Robert was very catering and was very knowledgeable. He was Ben taught me a little about the process of how furnaces work. Definitely a good guy and company to work with.

Robert came at the scheduled time and completed the yearly maintenance on our boiler and Fujitsu slim duct unit. He was very friendly and answered all questions we had about our systems. Very professional technician and I would recommend him and Climate Control to anyone who needs HVAC maintenance or installation.

They did same day installation for a new water heater! It was great!

We have had Robert out to our house twice in the last couple of months to fix a few things and he was amazing and so friendly! He always kept me informed on what was going on and what he thought was wrong. We also had Cam out with him because of an issue we had in our basement with leaking and Cam was amazing. He let us use a dehumidifier of theirs to see if that would fix our leaking issue and called multiple times to check to see how it was working. They came out again yesterday to fix our humidifier that someone else put in and made sure it was running efficiently and gave us options to make sure it was working how it should be. They were so polite and friendly and always made sure to explain things to me and make sure we were happy! Couldn’t say enough good things about both of them and we will continue to use Climate Control going forward! :)

Climate Control has never disappointed me. The Service Technicians are very knowledgeable and thorough. Guy, one of the Service Techs, has taught me about my heating and cooling system every time he has been to the house. There are even some maintenance things I can do on my own now! My most recent project was complicated and Guy was extremely preserverant. His solutions look flawless and function perfectly. Thank you Climate Control!
