Todd was extremely helpful, worked with us to analyze the problem over
the phone. They were very prompt with service and worked with us with
2 different problems. For service and affordability I was very pleased.
They were very good at explaining what the problem was and the least
expensive way to solve them.

My wife and Myself had Mr. Turner to replace our complete heat and air unit
also known as heat pump we bought the middle of the road unit. And they did a outstanding job and my electric bill went down from average of $225 to $150. this is to say Mr. Turner will not sell you some thing you don't need
great job and thanks again. we will use you on all of or up coming needs and will tell all of our friends about your service Out standing. 5 star rating on the overall service and product.

I called several places this morning who could only get out to me tomorrow afternoon to take a look at my broken AC unit. It's going to be 100 degrees today and I have an infant. Turner Heating and Cooling came out to me first thing this morning and changed the capacitor. Now our AC unit is running like a champ! :) The technician, TJ was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I had my entire duct system in the crawlspace replaced as it was severely damaged. we had quotes from 7 area companies. I went with Turner because they were priced fairly and they are a Summerville business. the tech, TJ did exactly as he quoted. he was polite, always on time and honest in his opinion on what needed to be done. I couldn't recommend them more highly.

The best ever . over the last year they have saved my bacon. Last year I had several issues with my old ac system,other company's wanted to charge me twice what I played to get the old ac working an Turner even went threw the trouble of finding my original manufactures warranty on the ac unit..it saved me tons of money....when my unit finally gave up the ghost Turner offered competitive prices an fast installation... family run an they treat you like family..I've even txted them for information an time set up. Turner Heating & Cooling has been providing us with excellent service since 2008. Just recently Todd repaired our A/C after a warranty company messed up our system. Todd was able to get a needed part the same day, re-wired the unit, cleared drain, and installed correctly another part the warranty company had installed incorrectly. Turner Heating & Cooling provided prompt, professional service at a very reasonable cost. Todd always looks for the best and CORRECT solution to the problem. Both my wife and I are very satisfied with our experience with Turner Heating & Cooling. Starting with our first meeting with the owner, Mr. Turner, who explained in detail all we needed to know about our options in regards to either repairing or replacing our 15 year old AC System. Also, we cannot say enough about the installers, TJ and Adam. They both were knowledgeable about the product and provided information on the installation as well as the units they were installing. They both arrived on time, and were neat and professional in the installation of the air conditioning unit. After TJ and Adam completed the installation TJ explained in detail the operation of the unit in language we could understand. These two young men were amazing. They were friendly, courteous, respectful, well informed, educated about the product and their work ethics are to be commended. It was a pleasure to have them in our home. I recently retired and moved to the Summerville area a few years ago, there will be no questions as to what Heating & Cooling contractor I use, Turner is the best.
