Dealing with Turner Heating and Cooling is truly a pleasure. They are a professional, fair, honest and reliable company. We have used them since moving to Summerville five years ago. When we needed a new ac unit this year, we had numerous companies come to our home to give us an estimate. Turner Heating and Cooling really stood out! They were fair, honest, and reasonable. They made our decision so easy! They did a wonderful job and we are very pleased. I recommend them highly.

This company will have my business for as long as I live in the area. I called to set up a service call, and after briefly explaining the issue, they told me it was likely a quick fix that I could resolve on my own, and even told me how to do it. And it worked! They turned down business in favor of honesty which is not something you ever expect. I usually read reviews just hoping to find someone that won't rip me off. So if you're reading this for the same purpose, Turner is an honest, trustworthy company that you should give your business to. I wish I'd asked the man his name, but I assume he was the owner. Next time, and every time I have an HVAC issue, I'll be calling Turner. Thank you!

I have used Turner Heating & Cooling for the past 10 years and have always found them to be quick to respond and reasonably priced. Todd is knowledgeable, tells it like it is, and explains your options. When I thought I needed another unit he explained, with accuracy, that the unit had a few years left if I wanted to hold off. His prices are competative and I have bought both units required to heat/air my home from him. I know when I call for service he is reliable and will follow up to ensure the work was completed to my satisfaction. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for realiable service, reasonable prices, and excellent workmanship in repair of existing units and purchasing and installation of new units. We have used Turner Heating & Cooling since their beginning. They do excellent work and are always there when you call! We will never go to anyone else!! Why would you when you already have the BEST!!

These people r amazing. This was the second time I've used them. Once several yrs ago, and then today. He knew the problem rgt away, told me what to do, and came bk later the same day to fix. Very reasonably priced and explained everything that needed to be done when I decide to put my new system in in the fall. I would highly recommend this company!!

I called Mr Turner yesterday for a service call for my furnace. He was very polite and was able to send his son over the same day to look at it. It turned out that my gas control valve was bad. He was able to call Trane to get a part ordered, it should arrive in 4-7 days. He said he would need to call his father to get a price for me so he went outside and when he returned he said that it would be 75 for the service call and 250 for parts and labor for the valve, so I agreed. After he left I thought the price was a bit high so I researched the part and found online that it ranged from 87.25 - 132.50 delivered. In the past I have found that when I call someone and they charge a service call they are upfront with the cost before they come to look at the problem and additionally if service is performed that they don't charge a service call fee. Then furnace started working again so I then called Mr Turner back and told him to cancel my part. Overall I thought that Mr Turner and his son were very polite but their pricing for labor/parts and the 75 dollar service fee regardless if service is performed is a little dishonest and that this cost should have been disclosed prior. I have ordered the original manufacture part online for 87.25 and it will arrive in the same time frame and I estimate the part will take 15-30 minutes to install once it stops working again.

Awesome service. Explained what the issue was, what he was doing to repair it. Gave me some pointers to help my system and what to watch for to avoid issues later. Definitely recommend!
