Turner Heating & Cooling

I have called Turner H&C for maintenance of my heating and cooling systems for a few years. This year my primary AC unit was in need of replacement; Turner provided a very competitive quote to install a new unit. Having worked with them previously and knowing that they provide top notch service we had them replace our existing AC unit. Tne replacement began in very short order, within a few days of receiving quote and giving the nod to move forward. Since then, we've had a few hiccups (not due to the install) and Turner has been out immediately to solve any issues we've run into. Turner is always prompt and extremely knowledgable, highly recommended.

After waiting a few days on another Company to look at our unit, we decided to call Turner Heating & Cooling this morning. It was a simple fix and Mr. Turner was able to have it up and running in no time.

Todd Turner is a straight up, no hype, full service model of excellent workmanship. Twice I have needed his help. Once it when it was hot and I was sure the home we purchased in May '13 needed a new AC unit. Todd diagnosed the problem quickly, serviced and changed some electronics on the unit, and was on his way in around an hour which included installing a new Thermostat and diagnosing an issue with our attic duct work. His son fixed that the next day, now all the rooms get the same amount of flow.
Next was when it was very cold and I was quite sick. Todd was here timely, and again the diagnosis was fast! Up and running with heat and a new filter installed around 15 minutes!
Oh did I mention first time was very reasonable, next time it cost me a handshake, yep, a good old fashioned "no big deal, catch ya next time" handshake. Seriously?!
Todd reminds me of my grandfather in his neighborhood grocery store 55 years ago. Hats off Todd, I'm humbled!

Called at 3:30 p.m. on the Saturday before Memorial Day 2014 with a AC compressor not working. He arrived at 4:30 p.m. And the unit was fixed by 5 p.m. At a reasonable price for a holiday weekend. Thanks Turner Heating and Cooling for a nice cool holiday weekend.

Great service! Arrived quickly, diagnosed the problem and performed a rapid resolution that would have cost me much more with someone else. I definitely have a regular A/C company to turn to now.

Hurricane Dorian caused a power outage in our home and it took our AC units fan along with it. I looked on google and saw Turner Heating and Cooling had great reviews and they proved to be true! We called on a Sat. am and by Monday morning they had the part in and AC going by 9 am. Todd and his son were so great to work with! Thank you again!!

I have utilized Turner Heating and Cooling two times. The first time was after another company tried to charge me nearly $1,000 to replace parts in my 3 year old HVAC unit. I sought a second opinion with Turner Heating and Cooling, Mr. Turner came out, found the problem, fixed it and charged me less than $200. The second time was a normal check up and tune up. All I can say about them is that they are prompt, fair and honest. You can't ask for more!!
