I would definitely recommend Reasonable Air to anyone who has problems with their HVAC or just needs that yearly maintenance. Whenever I have needed them, they do whatever they can to take care of my needs in a timely manner. At one point, we had to have a new unit & as the name implies, they were very Reasonable! Thank you for always taking care of our HVAC.

Grant has provided heating/air service for my business properties and personal property for the last several years. He is extremely reliable, trustworthy and quick to respond. I am very satisfied with the service he provides.

I was searching many different companies when I came across this one and boy am I happy I did. After speaking with the owner on the phone, I told my wife I had a really good feeling on them. He was knowledgeable, showed up on time, answered all my questions and did a Great job! I would highly recommend!

VERY RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL!!! This guy came out and inspected my ac unit cause it’s not blowing cold air. He says I have a leak and need a whole new unit (cost $150 for that visit). Says he’s gonna email me a quote on new unit replacement, never got one. I called him and asked him for a quote and he sent me a quote for $4700. I asked him questions about the unit he picked out and asked him if there was a cheaper unit and showed him cheaper units I found online. He was apparently severely offended by this because he told me to take my business somewhere else. I was just trying to figure out what cost what and why and are there any cheaper options. He can get the AC unit at wholesale cost for $1300 bucks and then is trying to charge me $2350 for it. I understand HVAC contractors need to make money off of there parts but making over a $1000 on that 1 part is robbery. I can understand up-charging a few hundred dollars but not thousands. I was ok with the labor cost which was $1450 but I’m not paying a HVAC guy almost a 100% markup on an AC Condenser. It’s sad though because this was my go-to AC guy, I had started a business relationship with him 2 years ago and this is how he treats a loyal customer? Ridiculous. Anyway, all you local people out there be aware of Reasonable Air aka Grant Shirley, don’t trust him. Save yourself a lot of time and use someone else. Good luck!

We have been using them for a long time. They have installed a new AC/heat unit for us plus maintained our old and new units for a few years now. They are always on time and great value.

Grant was referred to me and came over right away. He did some routine maintenance and was very helpful in explaining what was going on with my heat pump.

I contacted this company for an HVAC inspection last minute and was able to have Grant (the Owner/President) come out the very next day to inspect. Grant was a lifesaver and was very professional! I definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for professional HVAC services!

The repair man was informitive and efficient. Price was actually very "reasonable" too.
