Grant's responds to our heating system repair was tremendous Our tenent's heating system went down Friday afternoon during the cold spell. Grant and his team tracked down the replacement part and went to pick it up at the distributors so that he could install and have the heating system back on line that night. Bravo

Grant Shirley and his lovely wife are a great mom and pop, local HVAC company, and they came out to service my elderly grandmother's broken down air conditioner on the 4th of July in a matter of hours. They were incredibly kind, caring, and responsive, explaining how everything works in easy to understand language, even taking the time to make sure my grandmother understood how to set her thermostat before they left, leaving their card to say she could call with any questions if she had any.

Grant is a great guy he knows what he's doing when it comes to his profession. He is on time and professional, diagnose the exact problem and took care of whatever needs to be taken care of to ensure that it was fixed properly. He did a thorough job and I'm very grateful for my friend Brandon recommending him and his company! I will call him again any time for my AC and heater needs!

I'm very grateful for Grant Shirley, owner of Reasonable Air, for his knowledge, experience, and expertise in getting my AC running efficiently and effectively. My first service call to him was answered promptly, and he came the same day as promised and fixed my unit. In addition to my unit not working, I shared with him how my small home never cooled, and how my electric bill was always close to $300/month for years. He listened to my frustration over the many service calls I'd made to the company who'd originally installed my current unit, of which, the issues were never fixed and/or they refused to return my calls.

The refusal of the one company to help me in any way is what prompted me to call Grant at Reasonable Air. He came over as promised the day of my call and in a little over an hour had my unit up and running. He removed 3 lbs of freon, which has made all the difference in how my unit now runs. Not only did my house cool down significantly, but it also cut my electric bill down by $100/month.

Since my first call to him last summer, I've hired him to do some other work for me. He's extremely prompt in every communication and transaction and is very focused on the job at hand. I value the knowledge he possesses to get to the root of the problem, which in the long-run, has saved my family and me a lot of money.

I have used Reasonable Air LLC a few times to repair AC issues at my house. They are always very friendly, great prices and always explain what they have done in detail every time. I will always use them for AC repair.

We called for an appointment to have our HVAC system checked and they came out in 2 days. Grant checked the system and did a thorough cleaning. He did try to sell us unnecessary stuff and the unit runs just as good as it did when we purchased it four years ago. I would recommend Reasonable Air, LLC to anyone thinking of purchasing a new unit or just needing their current system maintained.

Grant came out and fixed a problem with our mini-split system. He tracked down the issue and repaired it within an hour, when another HVAC company would have insisted the equipment needed to be replaced. Reasonable Air really stands up to their name!
