Reasonable Air, LLC

Our heat stopped working ( in January nice and cold ). I researched a few local companies, and picked two well rated ones and submitted the info on my issue on Sunday night. By Monday morning both companies responded. Reasonable Air had the lower service call to check the system, and gave me a lower estimate to repair. I gave Reasonable Air (Grant Shirley specifically) a call directly around 10am, they were able to setup an appointment for 9am the next day. Grant came out, checked out the system and told me what was wrong and the estimate to repair. He did asked if the unit had any other issues and mentioned the age of my HVAC system but never pressured us to replace the unit. Once we agreed on the repair (the cost ended up right in the range he estimated), Grant left to get the replacement part. By that afternoon our heat was up and running. Grant was a nice guy, and explained everything he did even going into some technical details but not explaining to the point that it felt like he was talking over our heads.

I was told I needed to replace my entire unit by the first company that had come out to service it a few times. I got a weird feeling the last time they were out and made my calls. This is where I landed these amazing people!! He came in, didn’t rush, and figured out what was wrong. Lo and behold, I didn’t need an entire unit!! Thank goodness. We’re up and running again and my house feels amazing!!

After contacting several companies, they were one only ones to respond. I am still waiting. I am glad they did. When I called, someone actually answered the phone. We spoke set up an appointment. They were early to the agreed upon appointment and the quoted price was honored.

We now have to have our ancient unit replaced. The quote was fair and timely . Our unit will be installed in a few days and I have no doubt it will be perfect

Mr. Grant was professional and punctual in providing the air conditioning I much needed, this time of year. Ms. Grant was very helpful and supportive as she helped answer many questions, and was available when I wanted information. I am so happy with the service and will highly recommend Reasonable Air, LLC in the future!!

Grant is awesome ! He went the extra mile for us and performed some on the spot tweaks (outside of the scope of the fall maintenance that we were scheduled for) to our unit to make it less noisy. He took time to explain things as well.

Grants has always been honest repairing my a/c. Never try’s to charge you for anything that wasn’t needed. Always there when I needed him. I recommend him and his business to everyone. You can always count on great service.

Grant and Ragin were extremely responsive to my air conditioner not working and Grant and Matthew came out twice in one day to make sure it was operational as my ac had multiple problems. Ragin was so professional and courteous and right on top of things and Grant and Matthew were so quick to respond and did quality work at a fair price. I would highly recommend them for any air conditioning needs - I'd give 6 stars if I could!
