Bobby, was on on time, professional and very educational. I am new to this company and so far I'm loving them.

I called Oceanview to check one of the HVAC systems as it had stopped working after that last company 'repaired' it three years ago. I had called the other company out twice after their repair (they had replaced the evaporator coil in that side) but it was still performing poorly and leaking coolant. I was told by their technician that it had an intermittent problem he couldn't identify (but could pump more coolant in it - 4.5 lbs the last time). Oceanview was called and he (actually the owner) did an outstanding job of checking everything; found that the coil that had been installed during the repair was too small for the specified system, had developed a leak from the over pressure, and finally caused the system failure. The owner of Oceanview stated that he could fix it but strongly recommended that I contact the other company and ask them to correct the issue they created. I did call them and they ended up sending their lead QA person to inspect. They followed up with a coil replacement and completely serviced the system to fix it. It works perfectly now. If it wasn't for OceanView and their honesty it would have cost a LOT to correct the problem. THANK YOU.

I was worried that I had I much bigger problem with my A/C. Turns out it was just a clogged drain pipe. Bobby was great and helpful and explained what he had done. Austin and Bob did a great job figuring out what was wrong with our unit. They changed both our furnace and transmission. They were able to get parts in a reasonable time and were easy and very comfortable to work with. Great job, thanks guys!

The Technicians Brandon Cob & Austin Kiker were very professional & did an outstanding job with my Heat Pump maintenance. I am very pleased with all they did. He explained everything he was doing as he went. Also, Brandon gave me info on the Polarized filter & UVC/UVV lights to help decrease mold & viruses, Bacteria, Flu Virus & Pollen growth. I am considering in having this put in my system in the next 6 months. I am very happy with everything that was done. I give them a 10 Star rating!!

Had my house inspected due to selling and Courtney the admin had Brandon Cobb the technician come to my home and he was not only honest but explained everything that the Inspector needed and made my experience awesome, also two days later Robert came out to complete my dryer vent service and even sent pictures to keep me updated!!. This team is incredible! They haven't even done the install at my home yet, but every interaction leading to that day has been above and beyond. In freezing rain last night, they managed to deliver heaters to my home after my unit stopped working at 5 pm. They respond to inquiries quickly and professionally, show extensive knowledge about their trade, and are, overall, a company that actually cares about their clients.
