Called these guys out because I lost power to my thermostat. Got it working before they arrived so I cancelled the service call. Brandon Cobb was the technician sent my way. Courtney was great with getting us taken care of. Brandon was the technician sent out to our home. He messaged me when he was in route to our home and showed up on time which was very important due to our schedule. Brandon was very knowledgeable and handled things that previous companies failed to take care of. He also educated us on what was needed to be done and why he was doing it. Major difference from anyone else that came out. We previously had 3 other companies look at it and all failed to fix our issue. Brandon made sure it was fixed. Definitely recommend this company! I didn't use this business yet to do any repairs but Brandon the tech was great. He came and checked my ac unit out and explained everything to me that was going on with it. I really like how professional and caring he was. He explained pricing to me and options. I hope all the techs that work there are just as great. This company took the time to breakdown and explain the new installation of my HVAC system and what I needed for my 2000 sq ft split level house. The communication between the salesman/tech and the scheduling for install went smoothly and precise. The financing part was an excellent experience. Everyone went above and beyond to make this installment as stress free as possible and did an outstanding job. From the first phone call to Courtney at the office to schedule a repair appointment until the actual installation of my new unit by Bobby Sr. and Austen, I have had nothing but excellent service! Brandon was out within 24 ours to get our unit running again when it stopped. The next day he came back to look at another issue with it causing it to quit running. When it was determined that it was just time to replace the old unit, he made sure that I revived a quote for a replacement within a day. I can't thanks Bobby Jr. enough for bring out and installing window units to keep the house cool until the new unit could be installed. Each person I dealt with was honest, kind , friendly as well as extremely knowledgeable. A fantastic company to work with!
