Oceanview Heating and Air was so helpful. I called and was told there were not any appointments available for the next day but that they would try because nothing was working. By 7 that night I had an appointment for the next day and it was a Saturday. The appointment time was for 1 and Bobby called and was at our house by 1200! He had worked on our system before for the same problem and had notes from the last time! I will absolutely use them again.

Outstanding! I called prior to their scheduled business hours this morning and Ashley happened to answer and did everything possible to get me on the schedule for the same day! I will definitely recommend their services to my clients in the future. Austin was fantastic too and very professional.

Oceanview is the ONLY professional HVAC and water heater service I will use. I personally manage over 40 rental properties and they are the servicer on them all. They pick up the phone, speak intelligently and professionally, bring clarity and kindness, and act with the necessary sense of urgency that AC in the south demands. Oceanview customer service was wonderful from Jose who called back quickly to Mason the technician who was able to come out same day. Very courteous and knowledgeable about HVAC. Definitely will use them again for maintenance.
