I've had the pleasure of having Justin in my home and rental properties for work on several occasions. He has always been prompt and professional conveying his concern for my best interests above all. We will continue to call on Local Mechanical Heating & Air for service at our properties.

This company is great, fast , friendly and reasonable , contacted them on Friday Evening from Conway SC and they where at my daughter's home in Summerville SC , on a Saturday( the very next day ) the service technician was friendly and fixed her problem on the spot , and now my daughter and Grand daughter's can sleep warm tonight. I highly recommend them for all your heat and Air needs ...Thank you Michael Austin and local mechanical heat and air .

Everything was done neatly, and in a timely manner. Everyone seemed professional and Michael Austin explained everything before installing our new system. I would highly recommend them.
