I called to get a second opinion on my upstairs hvac system after the first company I had look at it didn’t seem very knowledgeable.
Michael Austin was professional, knowledgeable, and super helpful. He provided me with options and explained everything thoroughly. He found that the first company had actually misdiagnosed the issue and put the system back together incorrectly. The service call was prompt (next day), and on time. Michael was great and I will definitely be using them moving forward and referring them to friends.

Called Michael at 2pm he had his guys out to me by 415pm! Knowledgeable in all aspects! Definitely would recommend using his services. Locking their number into my phone! Quick & Efficient! Thanks Guys!!!!

Justin did superb work getting our furnace operational and AC tuned up. Local Mechanical Heating and Air was able to overnight and install the hard to find part I needed within 48hrs. Everything went well and will definitely keep them in mind for future HVAC needs.

I consider myself fortunate to know Michael personally. He is a fine young man and will be my go to for any HVAC services I need in the future. I had a situation Christmas morning 2022 and called Michael.He not only expertly identified what was going on from my description on the phone, and offered to immediately come over .On Christmas morning, but, when I said I couldn't take him away from his family, he then told me what to do right away to remedy the problem. And, still offered to come over himself to help me out if I needed. I've had the pleasure of seeing Michael deal with all types of folks and he is an example for all young men to look up to. Michael was awesome and very knowledgeable. He had our problem fixed within an hour, and he was so nice!

They came out quickly and diagnosed the problem. My unit was under warranty, so they filed the claim with Trane for the parts. They showed up on time and got my unit back up and running. Couldn't ask for more.

Michael was easy to work with and we are pleased with out upgraded HVAC system and new duck/vent system.
