What a nasty owner,they have no technicians and told me three times they would meet to talk,beware,I would never recommend this company to anyone at all,just a nasty experience all together.

Another contractor we were using recommended Michael and his company a year ago, and we couldn't be more pleased. From the beginning of our AC journey in our "new" to us old house (102 yrs. old), Michael was knowledgeable, professional, and when he wasn't sure of one of our questions he searched it and found out the correct answer. He didn't just make something up. He was honest and thorough in his communications with us. You don't find service like this anymore - it's a rare blessing! He replaced an old gas pack unit and very old duct work which made our old house so much more comfortable. Fast forward to last week, we have an old second AC unit on our top floor which was leaking unknown to us until we saw water dripping in our downstairs hallway. We gave him a call on Friday, he said he could come the next day (which we told him thank you but we didn't expect him to come out on a weekend - we would just turn the unit off. He was out bright and early Monday morning. He investigated the old unit (which he didn't install), discovered our pan was full and a drain line was clogged, serviced and fixed the problem. After we inquired about a solution to cooling our problem area upstairs, he gave us a great recommendation for a two head mini split system that would be more effective in the space (like I said above, we live in a 1919 built house with high ceilings and very little insulation). He is our AC go-to guy!
