Local Mechanical Heating and Air handled the warranty claim for our dishwasher through Lowes. The technician was well dressed, identified himself and had a pleasant demeanor. An absolute professional my wife felt safe being in the house alone with him. He clearly explained what work he was going to do and how long it would take. He did exactly what he said he was going to do and fixed our issue. Service was head and shoulders above the prior company that was unable to fix the same issue. On time, professional service whenever I encounter a similar issue Local Mechanical Heating and Air will be my first call. I recommend and will use again.

During the June heat, their team removed and installed a new HVAC system. We were pleased with how they worked together to make the installation go as thoroughly and rapidly as possible. We would highly recommend this company. Also, we have had no issues since the installation. Call them!!!!

I had a moisture and standing water problem in the crawl space under my house. Local Mechanical advised that I install 2 sump pumps and a trench dug around the inside perimeter to drain water to the pumps. The work was done on time by a professional crew in a workmanlike manner and on budget. They did a great clean up after work was complete. I am very happy with the results and would highly recommend them. Thanks again. Bill
