Ostyn Ron and Tony were professional knowledgeable and willing to negotiate. Their prices were definitely better than the competitors but that didn't mean that their work was any less. I'm very fortunate to have found them and would recommend that anyone in need of an HVAC to give them a call first. They took care of everything and even gave a few free extras. The need for the HVAC came at the beginning of summer thank GOD they were to help. The new unit started cooling off the house even before their final calibrations were complete. They are the ones to call for great work and great deals.

Our A/C went out on Saturday. We called late in the afternoon, and they came out the same day. Unfortunately, our unit was shot, but they had a new unit in by Monday afternoon. Ostyn and Ron were both very knowledgeable, friendly, and honest. They realized they could save us a significant amount of money by reusing coils they originally thought they would have to replace. Our cost was much less than the original quote. Great service. Great price. Highly recommended.

I called several companies to get a quote on my air conditioning unit because it wasn't cooling efficiently. All Star was the last company I called and I have to say they were by far the most knowledgable and honest sounding.

My unit was old and and they all agreed it was time for a new one which is why I got several quotes, but All Star's quote was not only the least expensive, but they could start on it immediately instead of two or three days like the rest.

After All Star finished installing the new system, I was extremely satisfied by their professionalism and quality of work. I would definitely recommend them to any one else.

Very impressed with All Star and would recommend this company for any heating/air need. Ron, the owner, was very accommodating and helpful when my a/c unit failed, just before an important event at my home. He arrived within 30 minutes of calling, recognized and corrected the issue and was done within 20 minutes. I was able to keep my scheduled event at my home and never skipped a beat!

Ostyn was extremely helpful and came out as soon as he could. He even told me if I had called them the night before he would have come out then. He was able to fix the problem and even identified and fixed another problem. I would highly recommend them for anyone else who needs repairs fast.

Amazing! They responded within a minute of our request. When I called around to other companies, they were telling me it would be days before they could come. All Star came within a few hours. They even drove all the way from Summerville to Johns Island. I highly recommend!!!

We'd been having problems with our heating and air since January, had a company "fix" it, but it quit working again in early March. We had a 2nd company (took them a week to get to us) come out and they told us we needed an even more expensive fix and that it was not covered by the warranty. He gave us an inflated price and wanted half the money up front. We decided to call All Star for a 2nd opinion. I left a message and Austin called back within the hour. He stopped by to have a look on his way home that day. He told us the technicians hadn't given us the whole story about what was wrong with the system, AND that the expensive part WAS covered by the warranty. He gave us a much lower estimate to take care of a multitude of issues and came out the very next morning and fixed it! We could not be happier!
