Spoke with Ron about an error code on my Thermostat that was preventing my AC to function. Ron pointed me to where the issue likely was and talked me through how to diagnose the issue. Sure enough, his initial assessment was correct and he told me over the phone how to fix it step by step as if I was an apprentice. Fixed the issue in a matter of 30 minutes and the AC was back! I have never seen or heard of someone willing to talk someone through how to fix it rather than coming out and collecting money. Ron is an absolute professional and even more, a very stand up guy. I know who I’m going to next time without a doubt! Thanks again Ron! My dog and I really appreciate you!

I contacted this company because my AC went out. Their phone representative tried to help me trouble shoot the situation lover the phone by checking the filters and the wall control unit. When that failed an appointment was scheduled for that same day. A repairman came out at 7 pm that evening. It was determined that the unit could not be prepared and needed replacing. Two days later they came to me home early in the morning and worked until 6 something in the evening replacing my whole HVAC system. They ran several tests on the system before leaving making sure everything worked right. Great company, quality work, excellent service. I highly recommend them for HVAC services.

They installed our HVAC unit last year. We had an issue with it recently and called them on a Saturday. They were able to come out the very next morning and fixed it within 30 minutes.

The best service hands down! Austin was so professional and knowledgeable. He came in and addressed the problem immediately. I’ve had my share of repair people between my homes and businesses and All Star Heating and Air was definitely the best. I will be referring them!!!!

My upstairs AC unit went out in the dead of summer, I called All Star at 10 am, Ron (owner) answered and was at my door within the hour. He looked at the system, confirmed that I needed a new condenser and handler, quoted me, and said we would be cold again by tomorrow. I immediately said yes due to the great price and the huge upgrade from our old (26 year old) system. The very next morning, Ron arrived and started to disassemble the old unit and then 3 of his professional and extremely hard working employees had the old unit out and began installing the new one. They worked in our attic that was at least 5,475 degrees for about 6 hours and completed the install without a hitch and we hardly knew they were there. Upon completion, Ron and crew cleaned up EVERYTHING, came downstairs and showed us how to register both units and they were gone. Great company and I HIGHLY recommend them for their promptness, professionalism, and genuine concern for my kids not having AC upstairs. Hope my downstairs unit doesn’t need replacing anytime soon, but when it does, I know exactly who I’m calling. Thanks Ron and the All Star Team!!!

Austin and the crew were great! My home feels so much better now that I know I have a quality A/C unit running through my home! These guys were awesome and worked really well! I recommend them to anyone in the Charleston area!

Our A/C went out on Sunday and we called All Star. They were very professional from the beginning. They instructed me try something before I had them come out. I attempted what I was instructed to do and that did not work. I called back and they came out on a holiday to fix my A/C. The technician was very professional from start to finish while at my house. I would use them again

I called All Star and she took all the information and said that Ron will call right back. Within 5 minutes he called . He can and check out our unit and gave us a quote. We thought it was high so we told him we would let him know. He was very polite and said no problem and it was no charge for him coming out. We check out other company’s and All Star definitely had the lowest price. We called Ron back he came out the same day and fix the unit. Did a great job and even gave us a lower price then he quoted us. Senior discount he said. Thank you All Star and great job.

Only place to call for all my heating and air needs. These guys did a HVAC install with new duct work in two days. They even came back a fixed some leaky water pipes under the house. After hours was quick and easy to start off my whole HVAC adventure.

All Star Heating & Air is very responsive and provided a significantly better value for a new air comfort system for my home. From the initial phone call from Ostyn to the final check off for my air conditioning system, they were professional, efficient and caring. I would definitely recommend All Star Heating & Air.
