Called at 6:45 pm to have a tech come out and charge my ac. Called again at 8 to get an ETA, was told a tech will call me back and let me know. 8:45 pm never heard from anyone, called and told them I will use someone else. I get they may be busy but to not have basic courtesies is unexcused. Especially when the rate is significantly more due to after hours. Use someone else.
