Professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Great Custoner Service. I was thoroughly please with the service that I recieved from Action Heating and Air. I needed to replace a 14 year old unit. We scheduled an appointment for the next week, the day before the appointment, I received a call confirming the date and time. The technicians, Robert and Jamie showed up on time and were ready to work. They completed the installation in a timely manner, working the entire time, as the true professionals that they are. They explained how to use the new thermostat and I was very please that they were neat and cleaned up after themselves. Robert also reviewed with me the warranty that came with the system. Action Heating & Air is awesome! The Service techs are on time and get the job done right the first time. The team in the office is great - and definitely go above and beyond! We have purchased 3 news units from them for our houses and are very pleased. Definitely call them!

Excellent service overall! Robert was extremely knowledgeable and was able to diagnose and fix the numerous issues we had with our AC unit. He walked me through each of the issues and provided me with the most practical solutions with out any run around. Even better, the price was reasonable and affordable. DO NOT CALL ANYONE ELSE! Danny did a great job in diagnosing and fixing the problem with my no AC in 100 degree weather. He actually had the patience to teach me what he was doing and why and not treat me like a clueless customer. Danny was very informative, professional and knowledgeable. Action Heating and Air is great! We experienced our first cold spell in Charleston and discovered our heat was not working upstairs or downstairs. I called Action on the advice of a very reputable renovation company in Charleston and they scheduled an appointment two days later at 11:00. At 11:00 AM exactly the technician showed up and even had booties so he would not bring dirt into the house. He was very professional, fixed the problems in 30 minutes and charged a very fair fee. Super professional and the ladies that work in the office are super friendly when you call. I will be using them again in the future for all of my HVAC needs!
