We just used Reid for the Teacher Appreciation cleaning/tuneup special and are extremely satisfied! The service manager Carson worked on our unit and took the best care! The price and service CAN’T be beat!

Had a unit down and needed a repair. This unit was installed by another HVAC company. They provided professional, knowledgeable and friendly service with competitive pricing. Purchased a service agreement with them and will give them the first opportunity for replacing my unit in the near future. I want a company that treats me honestly and professionally. I will be back. Unlike other companies I have dealt with in the past, Reid's no pressure hassle-free approach to educating me about my options helped me understand exactly how my heat pump system worked and did not seemed rushed at all during the appointment. My boyfriend hired them to replace his air conditioning. He said the new unit was too small all along. They disagreed. He called them a few times and even ran into them out and about and told them face to face. A year later, and nothing. I called then and they found a faulty part. They came out and replaced it, but it's not keeping the place cool. I'll have to call them yet again.

I have always received excellent service from this company . My service tech Nick has always been VERY polite and willing to answer any question I may ask . He explains everything he has done and never seems to rush through the service to my home just so he can get to the next one . I enjoy having him as my tech . The ladies in the office are very courteous and try to work with my schedule when I need service . I am very pleased and will remain with this company if this type of service continues.

Our old thermostat wasn’t working correctly when turning it over to the AC. I would have to flip the switch 2-3 times before it would turn on the AC. Called Reid’s on Friday and they came out this morning and changed out the thermostat. Good friendly service.
