My air conditioning concern was diagnosed quickly and spot on. The pricing was more than reasonable. The team of Carson and Caiden were on time, in fact 15 minutes early, very polite, very professional and just a true joy to be around. So, trust me folks, Reid Heating and Air are the folks to do business with. For sure they are my Go To for all my future HVAC needs. Team was on time, did their work quickly and knew what they were doing. Explained how to use the thermostat and everything is great. Also fantastic value for new Air Unit. Highly recommend.

They came out on a Sunday and had the heat going again in 45 mins. Tech was very friendly and explained what he was checking every step of the way. A "little pricey", but it was a Sunday. Glad he had the part on his truck.
