Reid Heating and Air installed a new HVAC system (with all new ducts) and they were amazing to work with! They were very competitively priced, were incredibly thorough with the installation (including using spray insulation to make sure the system would be as efficient as possible), and made sure we were 100% satisfied with their work, even when we asked them to modify a few things after the install. I can't recommend them enough!!

Reid should be very proud of this employee because he represented the company with the highest of standards. Very professional and polite in all aspects of performing his job. I became a Reid customer in May of 2020 and haven't regretted it once! They've always been prompt and efficient when coming to service my HVAC system. I decided to replace my twenty year old unit in January and Wyatt was very helpful in answering my questions and explaining the entire process. Mario and Brian came today and installed my new system and I couldn't have asked for a better experience! Highly recommend! I have been a customer for a very long time and they are totally amazing. Joseph has been my "go to guy" for a long time. If there are issues, Joseph will work, no matter how long it takes, and there was a time (months ago) he worked in the dark (with only the light on his head) to get all repaired. When I see him get out of his truck, I relax, because I know all issues (if any) will be taken care of. Joseph just came out for my routine checkup (and yes these 👦guys) will get it done.! You guys are fantastic! I called at 12:05 and the serviceman (Joseph)was here, diagnosed the problem and Fixed it within one hour! Great service! And no charge—I’ve been a Club member for years and it’s times like this (company’s coming tomorrow) that make it really pay off!
