After four quotes , I thought Wyatt and Chris of Reid Heating & Air, gave me a great price on replacing my duct work andPackage unit. Mario the installer was very professional and ran a good install crew. So far, I am very happy and would recommend you use them.

Dalton came out same day and was helpful, professional, and got our AC unit fixed. Did a great job of explaining what was wrong and needed to be done. I will be recommending them to friends and family for any hvac service needs.

These guys have been to my home twice. First time to replace my inside unit the second was just recently to replace a part on my outside unit. And although there was a mix up with scheduling I feel as if it hasn’t change how I feel about the company. They are fair with pricing and explain what they are going to do. Carson and Wyatt are the friendliest technicians I’ve ever met. Thanks guys for picking up the ball when you dropped it!

Thank you! Wonderful service on April 8, 2018. Annual check up went great with excellent advice and corrections. Nick is so kind and knowledgeable. I also complained that my water heater was leaking. I was given excellent advice and quote. Nick even called me later that afternoon to make sure I had made arrangements for the replacement. It was that serious and he did not want a disaster to happen. I give Reids and Nick the highest recommendation possible.

We have live in our house since 1984. Over the course of those years, Charlie has installed central air and separate heating systems and also a complete system in both my mother's and my neighbor's houses. I have had a service contract with Reid since that time and have been completely satisfied with the quality of service. I would highly recommend Reid to anyone.

Your guys showed up on time and did a great job. They were very nice and explained and answered all my questions. They cleaned up when done and I was very impressed they even put mulch around the unit. I will definitely recommend others to Reid.

Reid Heating & Air installed a new unit at one of my rental units in Lake Wylie, SC. I was unable to physically be on site for estimates. Reid took care of my tenants quickly and even though it was a small residential project.

After install a thermostat didn't work properly. Reid had someone on site in 2 hours after we called to remedy the situation.

Several companies in the area didn't show up for appointments. Out of the 3 that provided estimates Reid Heating & Air was in the middle. They provided the most value so we used their company. I would highly recommend calling Reid first and not wasting your time with any of the other companies around.
