We had an incredible experience with Honesty Mechanical! James was on time, professional and extremely helpful. He explained the issue to us in detail (a soot covered flame sensor) and triple checked to make sure our furnace was working correctly. Would definitely recommend!

Used them through our home warranty service. Initial contact responce from Honesty Mechanical was fast. No so with the warranty company. The Honesty tech was here the following morning and informed me of our options. It took a week to get the authorization from the home warranty company. Once that went through Honesty was here the next day with a new hot water heater. The installers did a great job and were very friendly!

This was my first time using Honesty and I must say, I was very pleased with the service I received. The technician David came to assess our HVAC system and was very thorough and professional from start to finish. Once completed, he explained what the problem was with the system and the next steps to getting the issues resolved.

Honesty is contracted via American Home Shield. The person who came out to access the situation with my leaky toilet was very eager to tell me about side businesses that could repair my toilet for x amount of dollars. Informed me that there was a crack in my toilet, but proceeded to tell American Home Shield that misuse and abuse, as well as non normal wear and tear, as the reason for my toilet not working, to which my claim was denied. How does one miss use a toilet? Technician immediately called me back to inform me my claim was denied and how we could get started with outside repairs. After speaking with both American Home Shield and Honesty, I requested to speak with the technician again. American Home Shield also reached out to the technician to request a return call. I have not received a return call. Technician also didn’t follow Covid protocol by wearing a mask, nor put anything on his feet to not track dirt inside. Now I’m stuck with a denied repair claim, leaking toilet and no resolve. Absolutely would not recommend this company or the technician Justin/Jason or whatever his name is to anyone. 0 stars, do not recommend.
