I gave this company 5 stars , because there communication was awesome and the service was awesome The technician that came out was very knowledgeable and also explained everything he was doing or did , He even educated me on how to properly take care of the replacement . It was a pleasure working with this company !

Honesty Mechanical was to come to check heating unit as a free yearly check as a part of my warranty with American Home Shield. In summer the tech came 5 hours late. Today in spite of my request to send the technician in time, the tech is not at my home (8-1 pm window). Upon my calling Honesty Mech, the lady talked to me rudely and said I can cancel the appt.(after waiting half day) or I can call American home shield to change vendor. This company do not value the time of customers and talk rudely when they can not provide the service in time. How do you even trust them that they will really be HONEST? I read the negative reviews about this company and I am glad I am not calling them for repair work.

We had a pipe split that flooded a portion of our downstairs. AHS connected us to Honesty. They came in, found the problem (we thought it was the water heater), and started right to work. The technicians made us aware of what the problem was and what would be involved. They provided outstanding work ethics, were cordial, personable and professional. They also left the work site clean.
