Used them 18years ago when my first heat pump was replaced. I wouldn't use. Anyone else. They are simply the best.

I called 8.22.22 and spoke with Sean. He was extremely professional and scheduled me for the very next day. Sutton arrived on time and had a VERY CLEAN VAN. He performed the repair in about 30 minutes and my system was back up and running normally. He explained to me what he did and what he found in a way I could understand. They send you a text when upu get put on the schedule, and a text when your tech is enroute. I am extremely pleased with the service I got. Fair pricing as well.

I had 2 units and thermostats replaced. They showed up early, completed the job the same day, cleaned and removed everything. The whole process from Sean giving me the quotes, scheduling the job and having everything done so quickly was wonderful. Everyone was very professional, nice and worked well together. I would highly recommend this company for any of your heating and air problems and will continue to use them.

Outstanding company. I will never use anyone but this company again in my life for heating/cooling issues. Extremely honest, upfront, and knowledgeable. There's not a bad thing I can say about this company from the owner down to the techs working on your home. Can't recommend them enough.
They saved me from another company I was using that had screwed me out of thousands with unnecessary repairs. Discovered they didn't do half the stuff I paid them for and then they said I had a cracked coil that was going to be 5k plus other ridiculous repairs. At that point I called Sing and they did an amazing job and helped me correctly diagnose the problem. There is no better AC/heating company in SC, period.
