Previously had two other local HVAC companies come out to verify I needed a defrost board/sensor replaced(on going issue for the last year), a new indoor coil and condenser fan mount replaced. Home warranty company had Coleman Service company come out. I explained the ongoing issues to the tech. When the tech submitted the work order to the home warranty company, he refused to acknowledge the conversion we had about the unit not defrosting even though I just explained that a different HVAC company had came out and manually defrosted the unit the day before. When I called back they never called me back directly nor did they resolve the work order submitted to the warranty company. After they spoke to my home warranty company they said they did not see a need to replace the board/sensor and the condenser fan mount which was rusting out causing the fan to not be mounted properly. Very upset that the tech did not listen to my concerns or submit the work we requested to be done to our home warranty company. Lack of communication, trust and understanding sums up my experience. Would not recommend

I had a great experience with Coleman services. My HVAC had stopped cooling and Coleman was provided by my home warranty group. I called them in the afternoon and had an appointment the next day. The technician arrived right on time, was professional and friendly. He immediately went to work diagnosing the issue, found that the capacitor was bad, and even had the correct spare in his truck ready to go. He continued to check the rest of the system in the rain, just to be thorough. It was little touches too, like dating the part he put in for future reference, that made it clear these are top notch guys.

I would also like to point out that my technician was a vet working on veterans day, and I cannot say how much I appreciate both his service to the nation and to me by working the holiday! He was a wonderful, jovial guy that I was glad to meet!

IF YOU ARE A HOMEOWNER DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I was just informed by my 2/10 Home owners warranty representative who Contacted the owner spoke with him and the owner of Coleman Services stated that his company do NOT give COURTESY. Being a homeowner who works and have a busy life this is so IMPORTANT. ALL homeowners who work to provide comfort for there family I advise you to NOT to call COLEMAN SERVICES and if you’re a 2/10 customer tell the representative you would like someone else. This is Coleman Service policy stated by the Representative with 2/10 home warranty apologize for the company policy but what can a working homeowner do but to seek help from somewhere else. If I could rate Coleman Services lower than a one star I would have.b
